support your strongest self
Why strongest self coaching?
I’ve worked as a trainer in physical therapy clinics for 3 years, helping people recover from injuries and/or understand how to use their bodies safely.
My favorite issues to work with are hypermobility, foot/ankle recovery, injuries associated with hormone fluctuations (peri-, menopause), burnout recovery, and former athletes re-learning how to safely use their bodies outside of their original sport.
Looking to tap into your strength?
Issues I’m excited to work with:
We move through this life as a combination of body, mind, and spirit. These areas all impact each other - life stress can lead to your body’s physiological response of tightening areas to keep you together; lack of movement and community can lead to depression. Let’s train the whole person for your strongest self.

Perhaps new to working out or been out of the gym for some time?
Do you feel uncomfortable navigating the gym?
Have you been through an injury and want to get back to your favorite activities?
Need some accountability for movement?
Are you in perimenopause, or have you moved through menopause and want to ensure your bones and muscles are strong to get you through the rest of your life?
We use our bodies for everything! Let’s make sure you feel strong and confident while walking your dog, riding your bike to work, all the way up to returning to high-level competition.

When moving around, do you feel a weird pulling sensation where there shouldn’t be? Are you feeling restricted when you try to exercise? Your fascia (connective tissue) might be mal-aligned. With decompression cupping, we can remove pressure from your fascia, allowing fibers to realign and to rehydrate with it’s naturally occurring hyaluronic acid.
